Not yet published. Our full privacy policy is being prepared with counsel before publication. In the meantime, here is what is already true of how the product is built.
- Each business’s data is isolated at the database level. One organization cannot read another’s customers, quotes or messages through any application path.
- Customer contact details are used to deliver the follow-up messages a business asks for, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share them.
- A customer who opts out is honoured immediately and permanently for that channel, before any interpretation of what they wrote.
- Businesses can export their data at any time on every plan.
